it doesnt need smog, its a 75....that was the last year.

I thought it was 74 and older, but I'm not an expert. Either way, it would be a great beach cruiser or old-school race project car for someone to come bounce around the desert in! You couldn't build one for this $.

Wish I had the money since this one is close to me! And it is 75 and older for smog.
