i was told by a friend of a friend of the moss brothers that i should come on here to get some advice. i have an 85 toyota pickup, solid front axle obvisously, and im looking to get rid of the leafsprings and exchange it with a 3 link or 4 link sway arm system with some coilovers. im aware that this coilover system is stock with most of ur guys solid axle trucks so you guys havnt had to deal with a conversion, but i figured u guys would know better than anyone what is needed for this type of syspension. i was wondering if u guys could hellp me out as to how i could get this done
thanks

Get a hold of allprooffroad.com I believe they have a four link set up. Or Poly Performance. http://polyperformance.com/shop/Universal-3-Link-Weld-On-Front-Kit-p-16803.html
Though you may have to beef the hell out of a kit if you want to run your doing anything faster then rock crawling. IMO

Chris wouldn't you run the Off Road Design kit? Are you going to run that on a prerunner?

Notice I said "won't let me". My fellow competitors won't let me.

My sub is still parked in Boulder from last year's 1000. Nothing besides getting another transmission case and rotating the rear pinion is going to happen to the truck. Do we have any guys in the area that have done an automatic and want to volunteer? Yes, my longer term plan is to ditch the front leaf spring set-up. Both Off Road Design and Poly make nice stuff, and I'll be a good test platform for either one. The discount talks or the deal walks.

You can have that... if I can 3-link my rear-end! (see... where does it end?)
I admit Chris, it does seem stupid, but it's all about "where does it go from there?? Maybe nobody will notice you did it (ha ha).
