The Traveler has a longer wheelbase, huh? That will be a sweet rig, about time Scout was represented. Have fun.
Can't help on the glass question.

There's STOCK style replacement glass available - http://www.superscoutspecialists.com should list some.
Kentrol and Howteron are both suppliers.
No flared or opened up or other kind of 'race' glass out there (yet).
I have some stock-style 118" WB panels for use on my latest project, seen sitting in front of the rig.

Mine started life as a 100" WB SII, but after the back half was cut off and the engine set back a foot, we stretched the rear axle 12", too.
No glass in this photo of the old racer (still in service), but it did have brand new re-pop steel quarters (one was replaced a few days later with a 100" WB glass quarter due to race damage)
