Racing time!!

well it's been over two years since i raced last and i really want to get back out there. i cut a deal with my old man to take his old racer out of retirement as long as i handled the prep and entry fees. i'm going to be driving our 2005 ford explorer that used to be raced in the BITD series in class 3100 (stock mini). my goal is to race by summer when i have time to prep the truck. heres a link for pics

i'm planning on racing mdr to begin with(cheap entry fees and close to home). once i get the truck really dialed in i'll go from there. and yes it's class 3 legal

Congratulations sounds like a killer deal from 'the old man'. I think the wheelbase of the four door Explorers is too long for most class 3 rules still. Should find plenty of competition in the stock classes though. Yep, nice deal have fun!
