Has their been much interest in a united Class 3 pit this year
I dont know if many of the teams have large enough groups to cover every pit location?
But it might be fun to all hang out together as a united pit. http://www.thewebwheeler.com/forums/images/smilies/m2c.gif
We can all set up a list of parts we have to offer to equal a worthy pit location.
I can offer a 110 welder. ( yet I cant weld to save my life. )
Nor do I have a generator to power it.
But maybe some one has a Geni strong enough?
& I have some basic tools I carry in a large tool bag.
Being I have no way to secure a bigger box in my Rigs thats all I can carry.
Just thought I'd though out some feelers?

Cool so maybe this will happen. :)
What are your plans?
What Pits?
Main or something else along the way?
What supplys/Equipment do you have?
Or what might you need that you dont have?
That maybe others can bring?

I won't know until I know the course and where the pits are. If it's anything like last year we will be at the Start /Finish line. I think Greg plans to have a out pit that we hope to use if needed. We can coordinate with others in whatever way.

To be honest the main Pit is my prefered choice, being I can get the best pic's there. :D
Maybe not the best jump shots but, But I can get the start of the race & the end.

How do they set up the Pits out there?
Maybe we should at least try to pit next to each other huh?
Last year Moss Pitted right next to us.
It was great! :)

So do you wanna join up on the C3R Start/Finish line Pit?
You'll get to see the start & finish & talk to the guys before they start & after they finish.
I'm hoping we can Pit most of us all next to each other To become a Big Group Class 3 Pit.
That way if any one needs something they dont have maybe someone else will & we can all do our part to keep every single Class 3 in the race.

Ya sounds good to me. I just wanna get my hands dirty. Getting pretty pumped. Someone will have to give me directions from vegas. Will we need any kind of pit pass to get into that area??

Directions to Main and A: Take I15 north to Valley of Fire (Moapa Tribal Center); exit east; Main pit is directly east of the Moapa Tribal Center; for pit A, continue on road eastbound until pit signs.
I'm going to set up a pit at Pit C and will gladly lend a hand if anyone needs it.

Who willing to share their Radio Freq's?
I figure since we're out there willing to help each other.
If you can share your freq's we can all monitor the fun or need for help?
Either that or if we do get some sorta united Pit system going, then maybe a main freq, that those needing help can tune into or they can at least give us a heads up that they will be pulling in for help..
Just some thinghts. http://www.thewebwheeler.com/forums/images/smilies/shrug.gif
