Ok,
So now that I am on board, figured I should post up the build thread....

This is the Bronco after about two months of ownership. At this point I had upgraded the suspension with a leveling coil, and added 33" BFG All Terrains. It came with the KMCs when I bought it. Added a GPS and stereo

Are you gonna race this one day?
I'm still considering finishing mine to race maybe just a couple race's a year.

Nah, I am a hard core Chase junkie. I like being out there for the chase support, so want it to be built for that!

First off, the work done:
Dropped off the Bronco a little over a week ago, plan was to do the following:
Port and plate the fron passenger side axle
Remove Bilstein 5100s and associated coil/coil buckets
Install Engine Cage
Install Bilstein 2.65" 9100 and 2"air bumps
Install 2 Link

Keifer took care of all the work and Bilstein did a great job supplying all the shock hardware. I picked up the Bronco last night and let me tell You that both Mark and his dad are great to work with, extremely hospitable, and very anal that the work they day is representative of the business.
Every last weld, zip tie, and bolt had to be positioned correctly for me to take the Bronco home. The work was all completed and I am super pleased so far.
The welds are gorgeous, anbd the Bronco feels great.

Specs:
Bilstein did some special stuff on the valving, not sure how the coilover is valved but its great so far, has 500/500 coils. Air bump is a 2" with a 2" travel on it.
He also did his 2 Link on the rear, it has heims at both ends.

The Results:

Before we built everything, Mark and I cycled the front and it has exactly 16" to the tee of travel measured at wheel center.
Extremely pleased!! The truck sits approx 1/4" lower in the front than the rear (so it will level with a load).
The 2 link is quiet, and provided no noise or vibration on the drive home (including some little dirt road washboards) it drove perfectly fine on the freeway, with speeds varying fropm 65 to 80 mph. The truck doesn't wallow around, or even feel like it has a need for a sway bar.
All in all, extremely pleased.

Yup,
He took the powdercoat off, welded a bracket, and then somehow found a paint that matches in color, and touched it up. Looks great.
