I'll be out there but not with a rig "yet" still needing a few important things.

I hope to be running some of the late summer or fall events.

With all the rain it might be interesting to see how a 4wd would do against a class 8 truck. It should be dry this week but its always interesting to see how prairie city sets up after a rain but i am sure the vorra crew will do a awsome job with the track.
Hope to see you all out there

How do they usually do at that track on a dry day.

Last year they usually wet the track down before the group t race. If it stayed wet the 4wd would be able to keep up with a top of the line class 8 truck. If it dried out the class 8 would out horsepower the class 3 but it was still close. To me its great to watch a class 3 go after a class 8 and see all the crowd pull for it. David vs Goliath kinda thing. My dad raced a class 3 bronco for years against modified 4wd and kept up just fine. So to me a class 3 stands a chance against a class 8 on that track.

Anyone know if the moss bros are gonna try to come out to a vorra race this year? Would love to see them out there since they are local to sacramento.

The Moss guys already go to the Prairie City races to watch some good banging and bashing, so you never know. :D ;)

THe thing is that there really isnt a lot of beating and banging at prarie city since wes harbor took the association over. I was amazed at the amount of give and take last year and the professionalism of the drivers. But i know what you mean. Just didnt wanna make it seem like TORC where they run into each other for the hell of it.

Retroblazer,
Are you still planning on making some of the vorra races this year. Ive seen quite a few videos or norcal guys building class 3 rigs. Hopefully we will have ours out at the beginning of next year if finacnces work out. Would love to come watch you race. Hawthorne is the last dezert race and then back to prarie city.

We have announced that we will be moving to Gustine at the end of Sept. come hell or high water. There is a chance I could run something in early Oct.
It's really up in the air. Also, there is a remote chance I could run the 1000.
