Although i would imagine that the cherokee is class 3 legal, I think those guys probably race in JeepSpeed.

Why's that?
They were running in class 3 then. I was thinking maybe for what ever reason they were'nt jeepspeed legal?
I don't really know jeepspeeds specs so I was assuming.

The linked rear end is not jeepspeed1 legal nor class 3.

If it came stock from the factory with coils in the rear wouldn't that make it class 3 legal?

1992 thru 1998 Grand Cherokees had a multi-link rear with coils at all four corners.

that rig did not come with stock rear coils. and the second photo belongs to a guy named Giti Gowland. he raced MDR alot, but kinda vanished this last year. he ran class 3 instead of jeepspeed. ran Maxies tires rather than the BFG's that jeepspeed mandated. i think i have Giti's e-mail somewhere, i will look it up and send him a message to join here. he more than likly will, he is a cool guy.
