Hi all,

We are going to have a small BBQ... like a post-Mexican 1000 party - 2:00 on Saturday the 22nd. I say small, because I don't know that many people in Ventura county... and my place is kinda small. My race truck is here... we will probably give a couple of kids a ride down the street on 7 cylinders!

It's just gunna be a few people, some beers and dogs/burgers. My place is kid and dog friendly (fenced). My 9-year-old daughter will be there, along with our friends' kids.

If you are near-enough to Ventura county, and are interested... send me a PM for my address.

We are on the 126, about 10 miles east of the town of Ventura. About 30 miles west of Santa Clarita/Magic Mountain.

I hope the BFI team we raced against can make it. I spoke to Mark Harber about it yesterday.

Also, my savior, Sean from Viking Fab is gunna stop by on his way to Dumont.

Can't imagine a BBQ at your place being much fun, but try anyway!! Ayeee!
Feed the BFI guys well, because they were so cool feeding us in B of LA after we finished pretty late. Bummer about the dead hole in the bronco

I think Mark is gunna show from BFI... the rest of his family is busy doing kid stuff.

I'll gladly feed 'em!

Didn't Bay of LA suck in the cold wind? Good think Chris had you lined out with a hotel and keys to the rental! (ha ha ha ha).

I'm booked for work & as slow as it is lately I cant ask for the day off sorry.

Hey, our team accomodations were second to none. None being the operative word. I don't know about anybody else, but I slept on the wood plank deck of a trailer in B of LA, and thought I was on a Sealy Posturepedic for the three hours I slept that night.

YA Chris, we "upgraded" our rooms on your beach to a garage floor, but with cots they had made. They were awesome and huge!! All 5 of us in a garage, but I've never slept better in my life!! I wish we had more pics.

I'll find some and put them up.

I'm gunna meet Bernie on Tuesday. What is the deal with Burby and the race car??

I was told that they would likely ship the week after next. I'm trying to get them to ship next week. We'll see.

Ya, we got some good pics, and a few funny videos.

Our team and BFI mesh like we are old-time racing buds.

I will check my camera. We did a shirt and sticker exchange too. They are great guys and it's awesome to know some local racers with so much in common! These boys (and girls can drink some beer!).

I see you had a lot of fun! Also I saw some videos of the BFI and they look a nice and funny great team!
