Hi, my name is Tommy, I own a 79 bronco which, at the moment, is a trail truck.

I bought the truck 2 years ago in Colorado and have been using it as a dd/ trail truck.

First thing I did was an engine swap. The old motor had bad rings and enough excessive crank pressure to crumple the valley pan.

Since then I've done
-bedliner inside
-dodge neon seats
-center console
-stereo system
-tires and rims
-uniden cb with 4' firestik
-new rear driveshaft
-4:10's
-new axle seals and front shafts (I had a little accident:D)

-Heftyfab (from fullsize bronco) prerunner bumper. It is the prototype for the '79. I took a picture of the moss brother's bronco to hefty and I had him build it like that minus the top stinger.

-two hella 500's
-dual electric fans from a dodge minivan

I really hate the mud so I do mostly rocks and trails. I have been trying to find a direction to go with it for a while. I have tossed around the idea of doing a prerunner for a while but I always thought it would be obscenely expensive compared to a trail truck.

After pricing out 1tons and suspension for a rock truck I realized I could go fast for the same money.

I am basing my build off the moss brother's truck. First step is a rollcage, according to the rule book I need 2" .120 wall DOM. Then suspension, body and a transmission rebuild.

I Heard of the site from looking up the class 3 vehicle regulations. I think I saw it on the broncospeed part of fullsizebronco too.
