It looks like vorra will have a double header in Sactown. Are any guys that are not racing the 1000 interested in a little short course action? I'm a planning on racing the Blazer.

And that's what WE say about the other 97% of the races! Looks like I may have to take a support/spectator role in this one. Still have to prep for the 1000. After not having any construction projects for work for two years, now I have 3 going on at the same time. It's been a busy one this year.

Dang it. I was hoping we would get a little testing done.

Raffo cant wait to see a class 3 race at vorra again. Do you plan or running group t or sportsman? I would reccomend running group t as the class will be stacked and you will have a ton of fun racing.
Come on moss you arent afraid of a little competion are you????
This race will be epic ... cant wait to see everyone.

No driving involved, but if someone wants to pay my entry fee, I promise an entertaining ride.

Hey you knuckleheads, when I said no driving was involved for the co-driver, it didn't mean that I wasn't going to be racing, only that the co-driver was going to be a passenger. Again, if you would like to ride in the right seat, all you have to do is pay the entry fee for that race. We will race a couple of heat races each day.

Thanks Greg I'm looking forward to running the truck. I have told Pete that he can run the mechanics race if the truck is still up for it. It is an idea that freaks me out. The truck is still as it finished the m1000 over a year ago, so I'm in a mad dash with no cash, trying to get a prep on, starting today.

I ended-up dealing with some work conflicts yesterday that have prevented me from being at the track this morning. We'll drive up this afternoon and race tomorrow.

I called it quits early Sunday am. with too many things left to be done on the car and I ran out of gas. Flash backs to Mexico with tools all over the ground. I had wrongly assumed that because I drove it over the finish line in the Mex. 1000 that it was in better shape than it was. I am sure I would have ripped off one of the front corners because the ball joints were completely shot. Or better yet, my kid would have torn off one of the front corners and used it as an excuse for rolling it.
After sleep in a little, I made a run to the track, watched a couple of races, paid Moss back some gas cash that I owed him since the Mexican 1000, and was home for dinner.
The track is awesome for a short course. Big elevation changes, fast and twisty, with room to pass. We need to stage a class 3 race at this track. It would be a blast.
