from what i see, the first 100 miles +, are the same as the last baja 250, and also from race mile 252 to 340, so, this race covers the 250 miles from last race plus other 200 miles, right, we only ran the first 78 miles at last race and there the only little problem are the silt beds located ar race mile 52 +-, frome there it was pretty easy, hope the rest goes like that.

Interesting that it bypasses Ojos Negros on the way back in. Should be fun in the dark in those mountains.

I was asking because I need to get a truck and trailer driven from Neuman to El Cajon to pick up the Blazer. All expenses would be covered with the exception of food(minor when you're eating tacos). Sounds like time is the major problem.

i don't know if any one will pit around there, from el coyote to valle de trinidad is just 50 miles, so, it could be great to have some one there, but, well, really dont know, . :(

Fom 186 to 252 is really remote, pretty hard to get to, probably only on the race course. BFG is supposed to have a pit at about 186. I have seen that it is about 17 miles in to that pit from San Telmo. There is probably a way to get in to about the 225 point from Mike's, but you would have to go in the day before and be there for the duration of the race.

^ yeah that's pretty much what we're finding. what we're needing is to pit the truck and do a driver/co-driver swap at that point as well and be able to extract the original crew out of that point as well. so it's looking more like we'll either have to do it around 180-ish or wait until 250-ish ... thanks for the tips guys! :D
