Well .. we've got the 250 and the 1000 under our belts, with not much luck at only around 200 miles total. But, now we're doing the 500 and we've switched our game plan a bit on this one as we're going to be driving on the Mike Shaffer JeepSpeed team (they won the 1000 last year in JS). So ... we hope to get a finish this time around with a bit better of a machine. It'll be like triple the HP and triple the travel of our bug so we should be a lot faster and smooter this time around and who knows ... maybe we can actually finish this one! hahaha ... :eek:

I won't be able to make contingency ... see I have this thing about registering on the day OF the race .. hahaha ... it's seems like everytime we go something comes up so that I can't get down there until the day of ... same as this year as well. So I'll be making the "JonnySlick dash for the band" once more .. hehe.

The bumper *should* still be green unless someone gets a wild hair before the race! haha ... So just remember the number 1705 ... haha
