Does any one here know much about what 10 meter radios do?

I plan on running a race radio in the Bronco & a CB radio as well.. ( assuming it dont become a Racer.

& as I'm shopping around on the net for a new CB & I found these 10 meter radios...

I called to ask questons & the people say stuff like I cant legally say that sir...

& to modify a radio like that would be illegal, what we recomend is you get the performance package.. Wink wink?

What meter range do our Race radios work at?

If its at 10 meters then I'm wondering if I got one of these 10 meter CB's would it do both CB/Race radio?

Heres an example. http://www.claysradioshop.com/cobra200GTL.htm

Ok, I just called the Ham outlet & they told me the race radios work in the 2 meter range..

& a 10 meter wont help me any... for chasing & such..
But do any of you know what they're good for?

10 meter radios have more range than a CB, but require a license to legally use it. Some of the jeeper types use them.
