Here is the deal.
I have a "OLDER" superlift, 4inch, with the arms...
I only wanna do the 4 inch anyway..
Basically, I am trying to figure out WHERE exactly to gusset...
I can see by looking what I would do, BUT, looking for a little more experience.
I woudl PREFER to go with a custom beam config, BUT, no where in the cards right now.... maybe a year or 2..alot dependent.
Also bear in mind, that I have RIPPED a set of drop down brackets, hell the whole front end out from under a TTB truck in the past, screwing around, and truck landed a bit off, and that was all she wrote...
Anyway, I have seen mention of gusseting the brackets, and adding strength, BUT, I havent seen any pics, OR drawings, etc.
I wanna keep the lift able to be bolted on/off, as I dont really wanna weld on the frame, except the cage...
ANYWAY.....
I know we have some creative minds around here.... any help?
