played demo of it and have playd the other one "Offroad Fury 3" i think ????


anyway, amazing graphics [if on a plasma or lcd] and actually a very fun game with easy to figure out controls. glad to see that game builders are starting to make offroad games no instead of all the "Need for Speed" and "GranTruismo 1-5million" games. :eek:

I played that game for the first time last night at a buddies place. Damn cool game. It was on the x-box 360. Playstation 3 has another one called motorstorm but it's not quite as good as dirt.

Dirt is being released(or, already was) fopr XBox 360, PS3 and PC....

I was hoping to pick it up for the PC today, but, gonna have to wait a couple more pay days....

I just got it for my girlfriends kid. What a blast! Killer graphics but I'm going to have to get a steering wheel, the kid keeps beating me. How can you drive with a joy stick? I mean come on.:confused:

i give the industry like 10 or 20 more years and all cars will be joystick controlled, fly-by-wire, no-fun, crap boxes. :mad:

You gotta check out Motorstorm for Playstation 3. I'm not really a gamer but pretty decent graphics and some nice trucks sporting four link rear ends. Good times. :)

I JUST aquired a PS2 about 2 weeks ago.... and its only to watch DVDs...as all it came with were some stupid football games, and other sports crap...

I'm with you on that Chase. I don't have PS3 yet either. I played it at Target. I had to wrestling the controls out of this snot nose kid who was hogging the game, lol.

yes they are, a friend have the ps3 with a hd projector, the screen measures about 8 feet wide, it's awsome, will take some pics to show u how it looks, that game is pretty fast, , i have the demo of DIRT on my pc, it looks great, i have a logitech steering wheel with force feedback , can wait to bought that game, i just love it. the graphics are cool, i have a nvidia sli system, 2 graphic cards working as one, two nvidia 7600 gs with 256mb each, it runs pretty smoth, pretty fast, i'm planning on buying a better video card, just want more speed, :D:D:D

I just played Motorstorm on a 50" plasma at the Playstation store and that thing is awesome.

well, booth are great, they are different, the MOTORSTORM game is kind of an arcade game:(, kind of surrealistic, the DIRT game is kind of a simulation game:), too realistic, drives like a real truck, so, u decided, i like simulation games, so, i like the DIRT over MOTORSTORM. :D

what i like from PS3, its that it has a motion sensor for the controls, so, to play MOTORSTORM, u just move the gamepad clockwise or counterclockwise to steer, and push a button to accelerate, :)

Exactly. I too prefered dirt over motorstorm.

I got a steering wheel and pedal set up last weekend for our X box 360 and I'm so kickin' his butt now :) Now he says I've got 30 years experience on him and its not fair :( Dirt is an awesome game. Too bad they don't have a Baja race or two in there.
