What are the better choices of transfer cases to run behind a C6 transmission. I'm wondering what you have ran and do you build it especially for a class 3 vehicle. I've haven't seen any transfercase threads on this site so not sure if anyone really puts much thought into that part of the drivetrain. Any info will be much appreciated.

here is a different twist, but..........
i bought a ATI engine adapter / motorplate and installed a TH400 with a NP241 behind my 351w. then i added the SYE kit that shortens the driveshaft (more travel becouse of less angle on the u-joints). the th400 is like the chevy 350 - dime-a-dozen and are all over the place, cheaper to hop up and maintain, and it is tried-tested- and proven!
the nice thing is that the adapter is only $400 with all the hardware. this adapter is used on all the Pro-Trucks that run a ford engine becouse pro-trucks are required to run the th400.

We use the 205, but it is certainly not the only choice. It is very, very heavy, but is the only thing (other than the engine) that has not been touched in 7 years of racing. Prior to racing, we put new seals in it, otherwise it is as it came in the truck in 1979. Since you never really use low range, they don't get much stress placed on them.
