Cover up the cell!

My insurance company says they won’t insure the bronco with the rear floor cut out. In the past I just didn’t tell them I did it. Now after this rebuild they want a new inspection. So I have been busy welding up the floor. Anybody got any ideas or pix on how to cover the fuel cell? The cell comes out thru the top so I can’t just make a box and weld it in. Plus it has the fuel lines and fast-fill on the top. It also sticks up 3 or 4 inches from the stock floor.

Cant you simply fabricate a sort of floor cover the simply screw or dzus'es in place? :confused:

Or does it have to be a permamently mounted floor?

I don't think it has to be permanent. I can't make it permanent because of the way the cell drops in. I kinda thought about just bolting a dog house in for inspection but thought if I could come up with something good it would be all the better to have.
