You are correct!

I noticed that my uncles video (above) was linked, so I decided to come check it out! (My little sister is actually the one running at the beginning of the video)

One guy was actually caught in the barbed wire. His stomach and arms scratched, and his shorts almost completely torn off. He is ok though!

We don't usually watch from behind the fence. We were up on a pretty high level of ground. I'm not sure what made a few people decide to cross over to behind the fence. But we are all ok! =)

Glad to hear nobody was seriously injured. Did the car have to stop and remove the wire or was he oblivious to it and the wire let loose on it's own?
