Ok gang... at the risk of getting my butt in trouble from SCORE, but hoping they appreciate the opinions of the "grass roots racer, who will always have room at SCORE"... here we go:

Laughlin has turned into a joke. 33 miles for 1200 or something bucks, and nearly zero points is a turd ("yes, I used that word").

I would like to see us all agree to skip the race. What we do from there is worthy of another thread, but whether we stick to SCORE or pick our own chosen races... whatever. Moss had the right idea last year: skip the stupid short, expensive race and go for the good ones.

We had two entries this year (lame-o), and 3 or 4 prior. Sadly, it's one of my favorite races and caters to my truck and driving style (stupid-fast). Anyway, it's gotten to be a "show", not a race.

I personally think we all agree that anyone who shows up is going against the grain... and we get the word to Cervantes, who has come from mexico two or three in a row. I love racing with those guys, they are so fun... but I'd love to see class 3 be a big ZERO at Laughlin.

thoughts gentlemen (and women?)

Got the word guys... and for the same reasons we backed out of Laughlin this year. We loved the original format, it was were we ran our very first race, but it has become a bit too small for the effort and cost so we shall wait for the 250 in Ensenada to race with Score.
