guys, due to interesting circumstances.. I have several extra rooms. We are getting a house instead of some rooms, a couple people have flaked etc.
Tomorrow (Thursday), I have to make some decisions on these rooms. I would be willing to bend over backwards to "transfer" my rooms to another team, etc... but what I will NOT due, is leave my credit card down and hope you show up.
So... if someone KNOWS they can come, and has a CC they are willing to put down, I will work with you to get the rooms (transferred over to your name).
If not, I wil let them go, no worries. I know they will be filled before the race is over.
So please respond here if you need a room. the Posado Del Rey (the old Travel Lodge) is pretty nice, with a restaurant and bar. I think, however, they are like 110 per night. I might have 1 more King-sized single, at another decent hotel for 65 per night... but I can't remember the name. I know the onwer and we have stayed there before.
I won't be making SQUAT on this deal, I'm only throwing this out in case someone needs a room before I cancel.
Like I said, worst case I will just give up the rooms, but I need to know within the next 24 hours.
