Class 3 Jeep For Sale

Is this the old Schwellinger Championship winning jeep? It is a bit on the expensive side for a short wheelbase, leaf spring vehicle, but it may have a lot of great history behind it....

That definitely is Mike Schwellinger's old Jeep. I remember when they changed the front clip from a CJ7 to a YJ Wrangler. I used to live in the Conejo valley and was friends with several of the crew members when they were racing it.

In the current environment, the engine in this Jeep is illegal if it called a YJ.

Not illegal if the frame is a old cj with new body work, but may be wrong(not the first time)HA..HA..

It IS a CJ7 with new bodywork. It was built in the late 70's as a CJ7 then when the Conejo guys raced it they switched the frontend out.
