I have an 85 jeep xj and i want to run all leaf springs.(no coil springs) is that posible for class 3?

You basically need to follow along what ever the factory installed & in '85 it was all leafs.
So your good to go.

Coils in front, leafs in the rear. Look at what the JeepSpeed guys do with their Cherokees. Trust me when I say you don't want to run leaf springs in front if you have a choice.

Leaf springs are more expensive, more maintenance, heavier, must be replaced more often, and are a worse ride.
