MDR @ Barstow Feb 2

Hermanos Cervantes will be racing the MDR race at Barstow February 2. John and I from West Coast Broncos will be there helping out, and we'd love to have any help we can get! I know thats the same weekend as the BITD race at Parker. Let us know if you'd like to come on out and join the team.

I was planning on going out there anyways, was going to snap some pictures and get some video for a project I'm working on. So if you need, I could give a hand in the pits, or I could just drink beer and watch.... It's been slow for me racing wise, the owner of the car I usually ride in and pit for is losing interest, so I havent been to a race in months (although we are going to do the mint 400). Lemme know, and I'll pop into your shop and chat at ya about it....

O.K Guys the entry list is up on the MDR site and we have 2 entries to date for class 3 (300), we were planning on pre running this weekend but due to the bad weather the course won't be marked till the mid part of next week. We will be out on Friday for tech and pre running, hope to see everyone out there.

Sunday night, wondering how you guys finished Dusty?

We finished second behind the Land Rover. Sal and Reyes ran a good race with no technical problems. Hats off to the Rover team as they hauled ass. There was a Jeep also entered I think they DNF'd. A fourth car was entered but didn't show. I've got a few pics and a couple of video clips I'll post up on the WCB site soon.

40 minutes or so.

Here is one from Saturday, I will post more in a few days. The guys said the course was alot rougher than last year, guess it was due to all the rain and there being a race there just within the last week, mentioned the shocks weren't working well either, so it made for a really bumpy ride. Special thanks to Dusty and John @ West Coast Broncos and to Tom, we appreciated all your help out there ,plus it gave me more time to polish my nails..... I'm kidding of course. Also, Congrats to the Land Rover Team, they were due for a win.

I must have missed this question from earlier. My house is about a mile from Curt's. WCB is almost an hour away (that's how long my commute is!).
