In my opinion, we need a virtual meeting SOON, via the telephone and those with computers can follow along.
I've used "gotomeeting.com" with great success... and even seen it used to coordinate the Baja 1000.
I would provide a phone number and get an account, and the cost is pretty minimal and would be paid for by the Cup. Attendees are free, but have to log in prior and download a small amount of software, as I recall. It's very easy.
WHAT day and time works best for all. We ALL have other priorities.
weekday while at the office? Friday afternoon? Saturday AM? Sunday after... um.... church? I'm the most flexible, so please chime in. I will have a few things to discuss and we need to put some things to bed before they float around forever. I'm not getting much feedback on OTHER races... for example.
We have to run with this and see where it goes and make changes along the way and for next year. I need feedback from more than just a couple people for this work.
