What's good? My dad and I recently picked up a Bronco 85 and I've been scouring the internet looking for what to do with it. At first there didn't seem to be a lot of people into class 3 but I see there's some good folks here.

Our Bronco probably won't be strong enough to run but it's still worth a shot, eh?

I'm 19, live in Burbank, trying to get a degree in computer science, doing to community college thing.

My dad's been a diesel mechanic since forever and ran his own shop in Mexico back in the day so he knows more about cars than I do, not much about racing though, haha.

I've always dreamed of racing the baja and looks like I've found an affordable venue. Thanks for the excellent environment, looking to learn a lot in the future.

Welcome aboard!

I had the same dreams about running baja, although a FEW years before you :o). I took my wife's 85, didn't do 1/2 the things to it the rest of these guys do, yet my father (a mechanic) and I have as much fun with our good friends and family as anyone. I have passed some of the fastest guys on this site during a race... some on the move, some on the sidelines. Keeping it together is the secret!!

Pit for some others, you won't regret it. Buy your spot in a co-dawg seat when you are ready - you won't regret it. Get involved regardless. We have the coolest class out there. Come see a race and hang out. I used to take my 4x4 to the most remote spots on the course and wait for someone to have a problem. I was rarely disappointed. You can still do that in baja, just with more precautions.

Again, welcome aboard!!!
