I was asked to do a quick intro so that you would know who I am and what kind of a build I am working on so here it goes.

I planned on building a Jeepspeed (Class 1700) for the 2009 Baja 1K. Due to the 40 year anniversary, I pushed my efforts forward by one year, and made it to the race! Unfortunately, as anyone should tell you in racing- testing and prep wins races. We did not finish and had several problems as the Jeep had never been driven or tested until it arrived in Mexico. It was really a miracle that we started and made it as far as we did. (Mile marker 245.)

You are not kidding!! Yeah... we need more jeep involvement here(as well as others) I have been feeling a little lonely with all the broncos here!!!
